Week 1 Craftsmanship

Hmmm, what does sushi have to do with Craftsmanship? A lot actually. Read more to find out.

This week has provided a picture of craftsmanship, literally. Now when I think of craftsmanship, I will immediately get an image in my mind of perfectly crafted sushi and how Jiro became the perfect model and example of Craftsmanship. True rewards only come with hard work and dedication and taking pride in your work.

It has been a long week but one I will not soon forget. It has been a lot of introductions to great people and the start of great things. It has also been a week of challenge to get everything done and do it well. I am looking forward to next week
